Funding & donor information

Support a survivor-led foundation for dignity, safety, and justice.

The 777 Foundation Society is a grassroots, survivor-led non-profit organisation based in British Columbia, Canada. Your contribution helps build trauma-informed, peer-led programs and legal advocacy for newcomers and marginalized workers who are navigating complex systems with limited support.

At this stage, the Society is in a pilot and capacity-building phase. Online donation processing is in development; institutional funders and individual donors are invited to connect directly using the form below.

Current funding priorities

Early-stage investment allows the Society to move from design to delivery while documenting safe, repeatable models that can be scaled or replicated with partners.

  • Core coordination and governance capacity for survivor-led program design.
  • Development and facilitation of peer-led support and resilience groups.
  • Legal advocacy tools, templates, and navigation frameworks for workers and newcomers.

Use of funds and impact focus

Contributions are allocated according to clear priorities that balance direct support to participants with responsible infrastructure and documentation.

Indicative allocation

  • Program development and facilitation for peer-led groups and resilience activities.
  • Participant supports such as interpretation, accessible materials, and transportation where possible.
  • Legal advocacy tools, rights information, and navigation resources.
  • Organisational infrastructure, governance, and safeguarding policies.

Exact allocation depends on funding amount, restrictions, and jointly agreed project plans. The Society is committed to transparent documentation and simple, human-readable reporting.

Reporting and accountability

The Society is developing a concise reporting framework that combines narrative case examples, anonymised pattern data, and practical learning from each program cycle.

  • Clear description of activities delivered and participation levels.
  • Qualitative feedback and thematic observations from peer-led work.
  • Key lessons for systems, policy, and employer practice.

Reporting frequency and format can be tailored to funder requirements while protecting participant privacy.
